Magnesium Complex – Product Highlight

Magnesium Complex (100 Caps)

Stock No. 1859-8

Magnesium is utilized in almost every function of our bodies. When you become ill, there is almost always a magnesium deficiency. Our Standard American Diet (SAD) does not give us the sufficient amounts of magnesium. It is many times, critical to supplement with a good, bioavailable magnesium.

Let’s take a look….

Benefits:

  • Helps relax muscles.
  • Maximizes energy production.
  • Supports the nervous and structural systems.
  • Provides 100 mg magnesium per capsule.

How It Works:

Magnesium is an essential mineral. It is present in more than 300 enzymatic systems where it is crucial for energy production and other metabolic functions. The heart, brain and kidneys cannot function without adequate levels of this nutrient. Magnesium is used in reaction to form Tri Carboxylic Acid (TCA), which aids in the cells’ energy-producing cycle. It is also involved in smooth muscle contractions, affecting the heart, gastrointestinal, urinary and female reproductive tracts.

Ingredients:

Magnesium citrate and magnesium malate.

Recommended Use:

Take 2 capsules twice daily with meals.

Coach Mary Ann’s Notes:

If you are feeling sluggish and tend to get sick a lot, you may want to look at adding Magnesium Complex to your diet. If you choose to use your food as medicine, here are several foods rich in magnesium:

  • Dark leafy greens
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Fish
  • Avocados
  • Bananas
  • Dark chocolate
  • Low-fat yogurt
  • Whole grains

Of course, as much as possible, buy organic products. If you are unable to secure quality foods, consider supplementing with Magnesium Complex.

If you are suffering with muscle spasms, take some magnesium. If you are feeling weak or fatigued, having headaches, nauseated. Magnesium deficiency can even cause heart problems or blood pressure issues. There are so many processes and functions of your body that require magnesium to function optimally.

I had a dear friend that was a chiropractor and naturopath and when I tested magnesium deficient, he said the rest of the family would be magnesium deficient, too. Simply because we would, more than likely, be eating the same diet of foods. I was not getting enough of the foods listed above into my family’s diet.

If you simply do not eat enough of the above magnesium-rich foods, please supplement with Magnesium Complex and know that you are doing something wonderful for your body! Symptoms are always your body’s way of getting your attention, before there is a true breakdown of functions. Please listen to what it’s telling you. Ask, and I’ll be there to assist you in your wellness journey.
