Steps to Feel Better, Quickly!

Want to feel better?

Would you like to get off the rugged road of despair?

Want your life to flow with ease?

What the happily-ever-after life?

Ahhh! You’ve come to the right place! Today we’re going to talk about how to feel better. This is going to be short and sweet!

Let’s get going….

The quote above states, “The path to feeling better is paved with gratitude and appreciation.”

When you’re feeling bad, you’re certainly not living a life of appreciation and gratitude. Do you want to know how I know? Easy, you’re feeling bad!

You cannot possibly feel bad and truly be appreciative and grateful. They are diametrically opposing vibrations. They are worlds apart on the vibrational spectrum. Now, don’t run away huffy. Listen a minute!

Think about how you started feeling bad in the first place. Were you complaining? Were you looking at something you don’t want? Were you mulling over in your mind, all the sh*t that’s been going on lately? Have you been talking with friends and family about how bad stuff has gotten and they totally agree with you? No wonder you feel bad.

Well, that’s a ton of momentum into the negative vibrations. Those vibrations are low, low, low! That’s definitely not where feeling-good hangs out! Have you noticed that bad stuff is starting to snowball? Momentum in the wrong direction. Momentum moving you away from feeling-good.

Calm down. Take a breath. Let’s get you feeling better now!

Here are a few steps you can take to quickly raise your vibration and paving a better-feeling future….

  1. Notice how you are feeling right now. You may have a lump in your throat, a tightness in your tummy, an achy back or neck, any pain in your body. Just notice it and how you feel. Make up a feeling-scale from 1-10. One, feeling absolutely crappy and in utter despair. Ten, being jumping out of your skin with joy, doing the happy dance!
  2. Grab a pen and paper/notebook. Write that feeling-number on a piece of paper at the top, circle it and date the page, too.
  3. Go play with your pet for a few minutes, if you have one. Think about how awesome he/she is. Tell them how much you appreciate them being your friend and loving you unconditionally. Let them know you’re going to start feeling better real soon. They’ll get it–trust me!
  4. On the paper or notebook where you wrote down the feeling-number, jot down some things you’re grateful for. Anything that has happened that feels pretty good. Something you’re grateful for that happened, instead of something bad happening. There will be a slight feeling of resistance in gratitude, because you’re comparing something good happening instead of something not as good (not as good will have a twinge of resistance and that’s okay). We’re just making gentle shifts in your vibration.
  5. Now, in the notebook under your gratitude list, jot down at least 3-5 things you really appreciate. It could be about conditions, people, pets, sunrises/sunsets, the earth orbiting perfectly in space, the oxygen you breathe, your car, lover, etc. You get the idea. These things have no resistance attached to the feeling of them. You just love and adore these things. Period. There is no, I love and appreciate this, but….. I mean, how can you not totally appreciate you’re breathing and you’re heart is pumping, and you don’t even have to tell your body to do it! Got it? Good!
  6. When you’re done with your appreciation list, notice how you feel now. Has your feeling-number gone up the scale–even a little bit? Write that number at the end of your writing and circle it. Feel the satisfaction of accomplishing a rise in your vibration. Smile, and put your pen down.
  7. Do this every morning and evening. At minimum, once a day. It might take a bit to get started, but the more you do it, the faster those ideas flow. You may get to the point, you are writing pages of things you appreciate. It will feel like you can’t write fast enough, because they just keep flowing. My gawd! That feels wonderful!
  8. If you’re still having trouble with step 1-7, go take a nap! Or, if it’s bedtime, go to bed. Sleeping slows the momentum you’ve got going. Determine to wake up and think some more positive thoughts. It would be awesome, if you would do steps 1-7 again, after your nap or in the morning.

If you faithfully practice steps 1-7 every day, you will notice that feeling-number going up on the scale. Look back on previous pages in your notebook and see how you’ve improved. This whole practice only needs to be about 15-30 minutes. Surely you have that much time in your day to start feeling better!!

Will Yours Be A Great Day?

Have a great day

How many times have you been wished a great day in passing?

Maybe someone you love wished you a great day, so you knew they really meant it.

Did you take them up on it?

Did you decide to have a great day? Or, did you make other plans?

How much planning goes in to having a great day?

For starters, your great day begins the night before. A great day is something you intend and plan for. If you’re in a crappy mood when you go to sleep, you’ll most likely wake up in the same crappy mood. It doesn’t have to be that way, because when you sleep your momentum from the previous day’s thoughts subside. Your resistance subsides during sleep.

When you awaken, you have a fresh day to start anew. You are blessed with a brand new baby day! Only you choose what kind of day you will experience. You could wake up and start thinking where you left off the night before, and that could be either good or bad, happy or crappy, empowered or disempowered. It’s always your choice for the kind of day you’ll have.

If you’d like to plan on having a great day, start the night before and when you lay your head on that pillow, think of things you appreciate. The roof over your head, the conditioned air, the cozy bed and blankies, your fluffy pillow. Appreciate the well-being you experience–even if you’re sick or hurting, there are still functions of your body that are operating properly without your direct attention required. Appreciate the fact that you don’t have to stay away and tell your body to breathe for you, or tell your heart to pump. Appreciate the sunset you may have enjoyed. Appreciate your pet that loves you unconditionally. Appreciate positive aspects about what is going right in your life and the people you love.

Once you start finding things to appreciate, sometimes you get on a roll and can hardly stop! The momentum you are creating with the Law of Attraction, will continue to bring you more and more things to appreciate. Awesome, right?!

It’s a whole lot easier to wake up with happy thoughts of a great day, when you’ve gone to bed with a list of happy thoughts running through your mind the night before.

Now, you could have made plans to have a crappy day, and that is certainly your choice. Buy, why?! Why would you want to go through the day feeling that bad?

Why not wake up and determine to begin your day with pleasant thoughts? Purpose in your mind to start that list of appreciation all over, again. Lay there for just a few moments before you get up and revel in the satisfaction and comfort of your bed. Appreciate that the sun that is coming up. Revel in the fact that the world is in perfect orbit and in perfect placement with the rest of the universe–and you don’t have to worry about it!

I love what my bonus daughter (we don’t use the term step in our blended family unit), always says about her days. She says, It’s always a good day! It might be a bad 10 minutes, but it’s always a good day! Don’t you just love that attitude from a 24-year-old ICU nurse? Now, you know she’s seen some bad sh*t that could make for a really bad day. But, she only plans to have a good day, no matter what!

Have a great day…and don’t make other plans!

Who Are YOU?

“Know you are worthy. Know you are valuable. Know you are love. Know YOU!” ~Mary Ann Pack

Do you know who you are?

I’m not talking about your identity as a partner, a parent, your career, your religion or your political affiliation. Those are wonderful, meaningful events, but that’s not who you are.

I’m referring to the real you–the inside you–your Inner Being.

In conversations with other people, we tend to speak about each other as the parent of…the wife of…the department head of…the follower of…or even the volunteer of X political party. We focus on labels to identify who we think we are. When we hear that so-in-so holds this position or is the parent of that child, we think we can pigeon-hole and make certain assumptions as to who they are.

We make judgments, without necessarily, even recognizing what we are doing. We’ve done it so long, if just feels natural or normal. We tend not to look beyond the physical trappings of life and into the soul.

We do this to ourselves, too. If I was to walk up and ask you who you were, what would you answer? Depending upon the situation or conversation, you’d be likely to answer, I’m the parent of Sam. I’m the supervisor for Company X. I belong to the X political party and vote this way. I’m the activist for X project.

But, that’s not the inside you. That’s not your soul, spirit or Inner Being. That’s not who you really are.

Let me remind you about who you really are. This is what I know about you!

  • You are an extension of Source Energy.
  • You are perfect, pure positive Light and Love.
  • You are loved and you ARE Love.
  • You are One with All-That-Is, all that ever was, is, and will ever be.
  • You are an unlimited, eternal non-physical entity.
  • The non-physical part of you, some call it your soul or spirit, is greater, wiser and older than your physical experience.
  • You created your body and your physical life experience.
  • You came here to experience the joy of creation.
  • You came here to this particular time-space reality to live on the leading edge of thought.
  • You came here to shine your brilliance.
  • You are worthy. Period.
  • You are worthy whether you do anything or not. Doing does not constitute worthiness. Worthiness is your being. It’s who you are.
  • You are valuable. Period.
  • Your value is not dependent upon your actions. You are joyously valuable right here, right now, and every now thereafter.
  • You are unconditionally loved. You don’t have to change any condition or behavior to be loved by Source. You just are.
  • You are appreciated by Source Energy.
  • Source Energy is always, and only, flowing love and appreciation to you and through you.
  • You are an ever-expanding eternal creator who harnesses the power that creates worlds!
  • You always feel good.
  • You always think good-feeling thoughts about you, the physical.
  • You only see good in others and their highest potential.
  • You love seeing the contrast or variety that your physical life experience has to offer, knowing that it will help you choose your preferences for more of what you do want.
  • You love the creative process of becoming more, every time you see something you don’t want, and then, know what you do want.
  • It’s thrilling for you to look through your physical eyes into the world and see things you love and appreciate.
  • It feels so good to you, when you can look at the differences in the world, and know it doesn’t affect your ability to choose happiness.
  • You appreciate differences, contrast and variety. You love the saying, Variety is the spice of life!, because you are living that spicy life!
  • You never look upon anyone or any condition with criticism.
  • You will never agree with the physical you, when you get on a rampage of complaining or hatred.
  • You refuse to join in any criticism or complaining, whatsoever.
  • You are always calling the physical you, to a higher and higher vibrational life, because it feels so good.
  • You are here for the expansion of it all, for the joy of it all, for the fun of it all!
  • You are free to choose anything you want to be, do or have.
  • You are so free, you could choose bondage, but you choose freedom, because it feels so awesome!
  • You are amazing and love sharing the joy of who you are!!!

These are just some of the things I know about you and who you really are.

When are YOU going to start believing them?

If you need assistance in remembering who you really are, I’m here to help. Reach out to me and I’ll walk with you into your expanded becoming! YOU ARE WORTHY!

Sacred Appreciation

“I believe that appreciation is a holy thing–that when we look for what’s best in a person we happen to be with at the moment, we’re doing what God does all the time. So in loving and appreciating our neighbor, we’re participating in something sacred.” ~Fred Rogers

I love this quote from Mr. Rogers–the man who taught many of us to enjoy and love our neighbors. He taught us that kindness and listening to others was important to living a happy life.

Have you ever considered that appreciating another person is a sacred practice?

When we look for positive aspects to appreciate in another, we are seeing people through the eyes of Source Energy/God/Infinite Intelligence. Source always and only sees us as precious, perfect, pure light beings. There is never, ever, any condemnation towards us. There is only perfect unconditional love and affection towards us from Source.

We only feel bad when we condemn or judge others, because we are not in alignment with our Inner Source. For our Inner Source never condemns nor judges anyone.

When we hold a person, our neighbor, as our focused point of attention and we see the good in them, the positive aspects of them–of their Inner Being–we are seeing them how Source sees them every moment and we get to share in that moment. We are sharing the mind and thoughts of Source at that moment! What a joy! What a delight!

We have created a sacred practice just by appreciating another person. We are participating in the Divine Oneness of All That Is!

Who are our neighbors?

Obviously, they are all around us. They are folks in our neighbor hood, in our schools, in our workplace, in our churches, synagogues, and temples. They are also the folks we see on the news in far away lands, or the next city, state or country.

Our neighbors are those we enjoy and support. They are, also, the ones we do not share common interests with or maybe even disagree with vehemently. As humanity, all of us are neighbors–even the difficult ones. We are all one. We are all connected by the fact that we all share the spirit of the Divine Source within.

Diversity of ideas, cultures, beliefs and ways of living is the high calling to expand humanity’s creative expression. Just because they don’t live like us or don’t believe what we’ve chosen to believe, doesn’t mean they are not loved and adored by Source. Guess what? Source loves and appreciates them just as much as us! Source plays no favorites. Source never condemns or withholds love from anyone–not even the ones we don’t like–or maybe even despise. Not one of us are broken or need some kind of salvation to gain the love of Source. We are all loved no matter the condition of our lives–that is how Source sees us and unconditionally loves us.

I love what His Holiness the Dalai Lama says about his difficult neighbors. Sacred friends is how he refers to those who try his patience and love the most, those who make it difficult to extend kindness to, those who are just plain difficult to love. These sacred friends are the ones that challenge him and help him grow the most. So, in that way, he knows they are sacred helpers on his path of enlightenment.

Let’s appreciatie our neighbors–in all their glory–then, we are participating in a sacred practice of seeing humanity as Divine Source sees us all!

All is Well!

Stress Relief 101

“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.” ~William James

We tend to think of stress as coming from outside sources. You may recognize some of the following statements about stress.

This situation with him stresses me out!

I’m going through a stressful week at work.

I’m so stressed out over finances.

Driving in traffic stresses me to rage!

You get the idea.

Pure and simple, stress is resistance–resistance against something we don’t like or something we may not want to do, but feel obligated or responsible to fulfill. Resistance against someone who we don’t agree with or don’t like to be around. Stress doesn’t feel good.

In this universe governed by the Law of Attraction where–that which is like unto itself, is drawn–like simply attracts like. When laws are involved, there is no other option. The Law states that like attracts like. The universe is playing a matching game where the rule demands when a vibration is given off, it must, by law, find something that essentially matches the same vibration.

We know that everything is energy–thank you, Albert–and as such, our every thought is energy. We, also, know that energy is in constant motion and gives off vibrations. So, our thoughts are constantly giving off vibrations of different frequencies.

If the universe, by law, is matching each vibration of thought, and if we are thinking we are under stress, doesn’t it stand to reason we have attracted whatever stressors we believe we are suffering, by our own thoughts??

So, if we have attracted the stress by our thoughts, can’t we simply change our thoughts to a different vibrational frequency to gain some relief? I’m so glad you asked! Yes, we can!!

Because we attracted stress by our thoughts, we absolutely can change our thoughts to change our attraction to stressors. We have the power within our thoughts to attract a calm and peaceable life! Ease and flow can be the dominant experience with the right kind of thoughts–thoughts that actually feel good.

Stress is a resistance to something or someone unwanted. Resistant thoughts activate more thoughts of resistance, which attract more resistance. We are now completely stressed out!!

Instead, why not look for positive aspects in an unwanted situation? Remember the saying about everything having a silver lining? Find something, some aspect, to appreciate as you are facing something unwanted, rather than being in resistance. Every time we look for something to appreciate, we are activating our vibrational attraction of more to appreciate!

Every situation is either fulfilling a desire or clarifying a desire. In other words, when we are experiencing something we attracted–because we attract everything that comes to us–it is either fulfilling one of our desires or it is giving us time to clarify the details of a desired improvement.

While we are facing some situation that we see could turn into a stress for us, why not take the opportunity to change our thoughts and find something to appreciate. Even if it’s simply to appreciate the opportunity to decide more clearly what we really do want.

Appreciate that this person has given you the opportunity to clarify an improved vision of your relationships. Appreciate the fact that you have work and want to be successful. Appreciate a characteristic or quality that the person exemplifies–even if it’s that they have nice hair! Appreciate that you have a vehicle and feel yourself gliding on a magic carpet of ease and flow through traffic.

And maybe, just maybe, you may have to say, NO. No, I will not help with this project. No, I will not help you move this weekend. No, son/daughter we are not joining another athletic team that takes away from our family time. No, to the busyness. No, to the hurrying. Just say NO!

We are not here to please others. We are not here to make sure everyone else is happy at the expense of our sanity and well-being. We must stop being people-pleasers! We can never do enough for others to please them all the time. And, there are just too many moving parts to please or control! Resisting our well-being by trying to please everyone else is attracting way to much stress. The more people-pleasing you perform, the more reasons you’ll attract unnecessary stress.

But, we have the power to say no to others, and yes to ourselves, our peace of mind and well-being. Yes to our freedom of choice! Yes to new thought patterns that bring relief.

Yes, this change of attitude and thought patterns take time and practice, but the effort is so worth…YOU!

All is Well!

Shrink Your BUT!

“If you want to reach your goals you must shrink the size of your BUT!”

When we envision a goal we would like to attain, we have two choices of how to proceed creating our reality.

One, we can focus on what we do want…

Or, two, we can focus on the lack of what we want. (Clue: This is the but part of the goal!)

My mentor, Abraham-Hicks, describes every subject as two subjects–what is wanted and the lack of what is wanted. They describe subjects as a stick–on the one end is, what is wanted, and on the other end is, the lack of what is wanted. Our outcome depends solely upon which end of the stick we are reaching for and holding.

If we can focus upon what we want most of the time and get into the vibration of how it will make us feel by the having of it, we are well on our way to receiving what we want. Learning and practicing appreciation is the matching vibration to all that we desire–whether it’s a goal, a relationship, a trip–anything, really!

Sometimes we think we are focusing upon what we want, but we are actually grabbing the stick by the lack end. We focus upon our wanted goal and then throw into the mix, the BUT! The reason is because we start noticing our current reality or the what is of our current situation. When we notice what is, it negates all our goal-focusing efforts.

Let me give you a few examples: I want my income to increase, but I don’t see any movement in that direction yet. I love the fact that Source is always flowing good things to me and through me, but it seems that only other people are getting theirs. My bank account has plenty of room for more money, but it’s taking so long.

In all these examples, the but was added because we are such good noticers of what is. We think we have to be honest and tell the truth of what is. That’s just not so. Matter of fact, it works against us. By law of attraction, we are attracting our dominant vibrational essence. Adding the but side of the statements/affirmations above is grabbing the subject-stick by the lack end.

Leave off the but–remove but from your vocabulary. Tell the story or talk about your goal the way you want it to be without adding the BUT. Stop yourself from adding the BUT. Do your visioning and focusing only upon your why and how wonderful it will make you feel by the having of it. Don’t take notice of any lack, or that it’s taking too long, or that others are getting theirs, but you aren’t.

Increasing your but with what is only holds what you want out of your reach. You are actually pushing, what you want, away from you.

Shrinking the size of your but, allows for more of what you want to be drawn to you, because you are not introducing the lower vibration of the lack of what you want or the lack of seeing your goal accomplished. Shrinking the size of your but, will not cause split energy and confusion.

You shrink the size of your but by focusing upon appreciation. Appreciation of what you already have, appreciation of All-That-Is, appreciation of the very life that you breathe. Appreciation of all the contrast that causes you to desire what you want and the clarity it provides.

~Mary Ann Pack

2016 New Year’s Resolution of Happiness!

It’s New Year’s Eve!

Looking back over 2015, I can see some major improvements in my life.  I believe I have grown and transformed into more of the person I know I am.  Actually, I believe I’ve simply uncovered and remembered the who-I-really-am part of me—the eternal, pure, positive being.  I’m learning to let go of stuff and just be.

I’m learning that I’m not here to control others and circumstances.  That I attract everything I experience.  If I run into grumpy people, it’s only because I have attracted them.  If I run into delightful folks, it’s because I’ve attracted them.  Every event and experience is from my point of attraction.  No one is doing anything to me.  Everything I experience I created.  Knowing this takes the blame, guilt and victimization out of the equation.  It places everything in my lap of responsibility.

This has actually been great news for me, because my life experience is up to me—and me alone!  It doesn’t matter what’s going on around me, I can choose to still be happy.  I can do this by utilizing my built-in Emotional Guidance System.  This amazing system indicates exactly where my point of attraction is positioning my experiences.  And, it’s easy to use.  It’s all about my feelings.  And, guess what?  We all have this amazing guidance system!

If we can start paying attention to how we feel, we will be able to utilize the system with ease.  Take an assessment of your feelings right now.  Are you feeling good or bad?  Are you full of tension and stress?  Are you feeling really good and happy?  These feelings are your indicators of what kind of attractions you will experience—unless you choose to change those feelings by changing your thoughts.

Of course, there is contrast in life—things we don’t want to see and things we do want to see.  That contrast helps us decide what we want.  When we see something we don’t want, it lets us know what we do want.  When we decided to come into this time-space reality from the non-physical, we knew the contrast would help us decide what we want and how we want to expand.

The expanding part happens every moment of every day.  The asking part of what we want is very easy.  It happens naturally, even without focusing upon it.  Every time we see something we want we shoot rockets of desire into our vibrational escrow account where Source immediately sets in motion the coordinating of cooperative components and prepares our path to receiving it.

Our only real work is to prepare an environment within our emotions to match what we want.  This emotional vibrational match will indicate to the universe that we are ready to receive what we’ve put into our vibrational escrow account.  We always want something because we believe we will feel better by having it.  So, the better we feel, the more we match everything we want!  How do we do this?  We must learn to think like Source which creates a great feeling!  Source knows us to be unlimited, eternal, creative, pure, positive energy.  Abundance is universal.  When we ask, it is given!  Not sometimes—all the time.  Don’t blame God/Source–as if it’s not his will–or fate because you didn’t get what you wanted.  It’s up to us to match its vibration and allow it into our experience.

How do we know when we are thinking like Source so we can receive all the wonderful things we have put into our vibrational escrow account?

By our feelings!!!  We have the Emotional Guidance System—remember?!  Just by paying attention to how we feel will indicate our thoughts and whether they are a match to what Source is thinking on the same subject.  Remember, each subject is really two subjects: the wanted and the lack of the wanted.

Source never, ever, thinks in terms of lack.  We get to decide if our thoughts are that of Source—thoughts of abundance and appreciation—or thoughts of lack.  Our feelings indicate what we are thinking.  If we are feeling bad, we are not thinking from Source’s point of view—this feels bad because we are not in alignment with Source or what we want.  If we are feeling good, we are thinking in alignment with Source and in harmony with all that we want.

See how easy it is to determine what we are thinking?  We don’t have to monitor every thought.  That would be impossible.  We can, however, monitor the way we feel, right now, right now, right now!

Everything we are thinking about is happening right now.  Whether we’re thinking about the past, present or future, we are thinking about it right now.  It is active in our vibration right now.  And, right now is our point of attraction!

Now, our job is to choose better-feeling thoughts if we are feeling bad.  We are to reach for better-feeling thoughts that bring relief.  Any ease in feelings will bring us closer to all that we want.  No one is here to do this vibrational work for us.  No one is here to bring us happiness or act the way we want them to.  How people act is not our job to control.  It’s really none of our business.  And, we are not here to please other people, either!  That is taking on the role of Source.  We can never fully please anyone.  There will always be something we’re not doing right—for them.  So let that go.  Let Source be their all-in-all.

Our job is to please ourselves—not in an egotistical way—but in an alignment with Source way.  When we are in alignment with the thoughts of Source, we could never do anything that would hurt or harm another—unlike being selfishly egotistical.  Let’s make our resolution this New Year of 2016 to learn to align our thoughts with Source.  Let’s determine to feel better by reaching for better-feeling thoughts of relief.  Let’s begin to learn the art of allowing and put ourselves in the mode of receiving all that we want.

We’ll never get it done and we can never get it wrong.  We cannot reach a place of no return.  Any situation or emotion can be turned around to align with our Inner Being of Source.  We can never get so far off our path, that we cannot return to alignment by changing our perspective.

We need to look for positive aspects of each situation.  Whatever is going on around us, let’s look for positive things we can appreciate.  Sometimes it takes a while to start easily noticing things we appreciate, but they are there.  (I’m preaching to the choir here!)  It takes some work to change our perspective if we’ve practiced finding fault, placing blame or having a victim mentality.  Let’s determine to see things we want.  Let’s rewrite our sad stories into ones of delight and appreciation.

Let’s stop observing what is and look for what can be!  If we focus only on what is, what is will keep repeating over and over in our lives.  Different places, different faces.  We will only keep what is activated in our emotional vibration and that is out of alignment with our Source within.  Everything is happening now—remember?  Let’s look for ways to appreciate aspects of what is and move on to appreciation instead of whining and complaining.

I am totally looking forward to 2016!  With the determination of making how I feel the most important goal in my life, I know that I want to feel good.  I can only accomplish feeling good by creating a vibrational environment of appreciation, love, happiness, fun, excitement, vibrancy, vitality, wellness, etc.  I’m determined to look for things I want to see and make appreciation my priority.  It is my job to choose good-feeling thoughts which produce a good-feeling life experience.  That’s my resolution for 2016!

If you must have a New Year’s Resolution—make your happiness your resolution.  Make feeling good your top priority.  Change your perspectives enough to reach for better-feeling thoughts each and every time you start to notice your Emotional Guidance System indicating a misalignment with your Source Energy within.  Decide to only think on good things that make you feel good.  Find positive aspects of what’s going right in your life.  Write that sh*t down!  Every day!  There is something profound in writing down things you appreciate, are grateful for or things you want—whether it’s resources, relationships, money, time or that perfect job.  It literally changes our brain function.

I love to use the computer to type most of my writing, but I still use a pen and spiral-bound book to physically write in my journals.  There’s something so special about looking back over the journals and reading what I’ve written to see where I’ve grown.  If I’m feeling bad and can’t think of anything good to think about, I read my journals.  It refreshes my memory of all the good and encourages my faith that all is really well!

Go purchase a journal and a special pen.  I name my journals, My Journal of Positive Aspects and My Gratitude Journal.  I have a special pen with purple ink—my favorite color—and named it My Magical Purple Pen of Increase.  Make your writing special.  Try it—you’ll like it!

Meditate and quiet your mind so you can be open to hearing the still small voice of inspiration from your Inner Source.  When inspiration comes, take the action.  No amount of action thrown at what you want will bring it to you—it will only push it further out of your reach.  Action comes only after you have done the vibrational work to align with your Source within!  Action without alignment is exhausting and futile.

Let’s make 2016 a year of happiness.  If you’re into numerology, 2016 is the year of 9—all the digits add up to 9.  It places energy on promoting completion.  Suggesting it’s time to wrap things up and reach a conclusion.  A time to consider what’s not been working for you and begin doing things differently with a new perspective on life.  Enjoy the energy of 2016 with its focus on promoting a positive perspective on life that all is well.  By reaching for better-feeling thoughts and recognizing what would work better for you, determine what you really want from the contrast life is showing you.

Have fun with this!  It’s really exciting to realize empowerment of your life experience.  It’s time to let go of blame, shame, guilt, playing the victim and take responsibility for your own feelings.  It’s time to pull up our big-person panties and smile with their perfect fit!

Laugh, love unconditionally, have fun, explore new things, feel good!  Well-Being is our natural state.  Try it on this year—it feels really good!

All is well–living happily ever after!
