We all want things! Good things. No, great things!

This is natural and it is an eternal facet of our lives–of who we are. Do you realize you were created to have desires? Making preferences of what we want is one of the main reasons we came into this time-space reality from the non-physical realm.

The wanting and desiring of things actually expands all of creation! Being on the leading edge of thought allows us so many opportunities to see things in the world and then choose our preferences.

The contrast and variety of life offers us endless possibilities of desires!

This choosing process is what expands, not only our lives, it expands All-That-Is! Since we are eternal beings, we can’t help but expanding. Change is inevitable. Choices are required. But, it should never be a burden to make our choices. We should be approaching our preferences with joy!

When we see things in this world that we don’t like, we immediately know what we do like–what would make us feel better. We make preferences all day, every day. Small choices and some we would consider huge. We ask for improvements by our preferences.

When we make our preferences known to the universe by our vibrational thoughts, the universe immediately goes in search of matching vibrations. This is the attraction factor in the universe–otherwise known as the Law of Attraction–that which is like unto itself is drawn.

The longer we think and feel good about what we want, and if we are offering no resistance along the way, the universe will bring it to us. This is the key: no resistance! 

If you make a preference, Source understands your request, answers YES, and then goes to work gathering all the cooperative components to make it happen. It is 97% complete in the hands of Source, just waiting for us to be in the receiving mode.

So, what is the receiving mode? How do we get there?

The receiving mode feels amazing! It’s exciting, exhilarating, expecting more. It’s calm and relaxed. There is no resistance towards what we want. The pipeline is flowing freely. We allow Source to flow everything to us that we are ready for. Everything we want is gestating in perfect timing.

What do I mean by resistance?

Resistance could be anything from twinges of doubt that we will get what we want, to full-blown feelings of unworthiness. Resistance is us doing things that disallow what we want and who we truly are. It is really split energy.

On the one hand, we know what we want, we’ve asked for it and Source has answered affirmatively. So, we know it’s in good hands and being tended to. On the other hand, we may begin doubting we will get it. We may get frustrated it isn’t coming. We see other people getting that thing we want so badly and ours hasn’t come. We may start complaining to someone or justify why we should get it. We start begging and pleading for it, because it’s getting serious! Now, we NEED it! With this resistant vibration, it is getting further away from us and slowing way down.

This is split energy that is confusing the universe in it’s job. Your are giving the universe mixed signals. By law, the universe will give you everything you focus your dominant thoughts to. And, while you may be thinking you are simply thinking about what you want, you are, in reality, thinking about the lack of what you want. You are noticing what-is–your current condition with it missing.

With all this asking and then resisting, the universe is giving you a bit of each!

Your message must be clear about what you want and why. The how, when, where, and who is absolutely none of your business. That is the business of Source who is tending your request. When we venture into Source’s business of the how, when, where and who, we are throwing resistance on our path and what we want is slowed way down!

Your simple job in creating your reality is to decide what you want and why. The why just helps you fill in the details. It’s where you focus on the pleasures of having your desire. It’s imagining the desire and the joys and good feelings you will experience when you receive it.

Just think about what you want for a moment. How good does that feel?! It will feel freeing, joyous, happy, expansive, supported, appreciative. You will feel loved, cherished, accomplished, confident. See, we did all that work and there is no resistance in any of those emotions. That’s exactly where you need to be to receive what you want.

You must feel better BEFORE you can receive what you want. You can’t think, Well, when I get that, I’ll be happy, I’ll feel better. That kind of thinking will only get you more lack of what you want. It will hold that wonderful thing away from your reach.

Feeling better must always precede the receiving of what you want!

Make list of positive aspects about having this wonderful thing. Write lists and lists of the amazing feelings that you will experience. Imagine having is now!

Here’s a secret. The universe doesn’t know the difference between imagining and reality. The universe doesn’t know the difference between imagining that you have it and feeling how awesome you’ll feel, and if you actually feel really good because you already have it! All the universe is considering is your FEELING about your desire. The more you can feel amazing while imagining having your goodie, the universe thinks you must already have it, so it runs out and brings it to you! By law, it has to make it happen–and quick!

So, feel better first! Practice the feeling of having what you desire. You know it will make you feel really good when you do receive it, so take the plunge and feel better now. Make yourself feel as it is already exists in your hands. It does already exist in your vibrational escrow account. Source is tending to it’s details and growth. Waiting for you to feel better NOW!

Should I Doubt My Beliefs?

“It is ok to doubt what you have been taught to believe.” ~Divine Feminine Reawakening

Think back over what you have been taught to believe. It doesn’t necessarily mean religious dogma only–it includes all aspects of your belief system. It could be attitudes and beliefs about money, power, sexism, racism, relationships, careers, love–anything really.

When you think about a subject and what you were taught about it, notice how it makes you feel. Do you get a tightening in your throat or stomach? Do you feel your neck, arms or legs tense? Does it not resonate within you?

If so, you may need to doubt that what you’ve been taught to believe is for your highest good. You may need to examine why you were taught that belief.

Was it out of fear?

Was it out of the feeling of lack?

Was it out of someone’s need to control your life?

Was it out of guilt and shame?

We are not here to control others. We didn’t come here to find the only right path for everyone to follow, and when they don’t, we punish them or coerce them with shame. Fortunately, we each have our very own built-in emotional guidance system that will lead us on our personal path–if we will learn to feel our way. We are here to experience a life full of joy and love. Now, THAT feels good!

Maybe it’s time to reconsider things that you were taught. Maybe it’s time to change some of your beliefs to ones that actually resonate with your soul. When you believe something that makes you feel really good–really alive and vibrant–you are on the right track for YOU! Other’s opinions and beliefs have absolutely nothing to do with you and who you really are!

As long as your beliefs make YOU feel good, with a peaceful mind and heart, they are for your highest good. Never, ever, feel guilty or ashamed to question your beliefs! Appreciate yourself when you search for beliefs that feel good and resonate with your Inner Being!!

Only you can live your life with joy and peace. No one and nothing else will matter in the end. The only thing that matters is that you feel good about you and what you believe!

Is it Too Hard to Be Happy?

I was visiting with a young woman, recently, and she was complaining of having a bad day. When I greeted her that morning, she started off by complaining about being tired. She had been working on something she didn’t want to be doing the previous few days.

I told her it was her choice to be happy or not. Her reply stunned me! She said,

“It’s too hard to be happy!”

Then I thought back over my life when I was miserable and always complaining. I knew I was supposed to be at peace and be joyous—my religion told me so—but, I wasn’t. Well, let me take that back—I wasn’t on a consistent basis. I was at peace and joyful when conditions were right. If everything was going well, I was happy. As soon as I had an uncomfortable situation rear its head, my mood immediately dropped. Usually with a very loud thud!

The complaining and blaming would commence. I just had to tell everyone my newest plight. I had to get others to see how horribly I had been treated or what new suffering I had to endure. Misery set in for days, weeks—even months.

But now….

But NOW, I am practicing my happiness.

You may ask,

“How do you practice happiness? Is that even possible?”

I am finally learning that by making choices about what I think, will keep me in a better-feeling place.  I am finally learning to practice choosing thoughts that bring relief. I am choosing thoughts that feel better and better.

When some thought knocks on the door of my mind, I look through the peep-hole and see who it is. If I see a thought or thoughts about a situation that I do not want, I stop looking at it through the peep-hole and walk away. Saying, “I so glad I don’t have to answer the door and invite that bad-feeling thought in for coffee.”

I can turn around and choose to look for something to appreciate, something that feels good to think about.

Sometimes, for a while, I can still hear the thought outside my door, yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs to let them in. That they need my immediate attention. That they need to discuss a lot of things. Sometimes, I can still hear their words through the closed door and if I’m not careful to distract myself by looking for things to appreciate, I will start listening to them and give them some attention. But, my god, it feels awful!

I am beginning to really care about how I feel. It’s becoming my priority to make sure I feel better and better every day. When the twins, Appreciation and Gratitude, come knocking, I throw open the door to my mind and say, “Please, do come in and stay a while! We have so much to talk about!”

You know, every now and then, I will see the BFT (Bad-Feeling-Thoughts) run past a window and around to the back door, but I’m so enjoying my visit with the twins that I don’t even bother with their whining.

This little metaphor is to let you know that you are in charge of who you give attention to. Did you notice I said give attention? Yep, it’s your choice to give your attention and time to thoughts. You are the only thinker of your thoughts. No one else can think for you. No one can force you to think thoughts. Thoughts are your very sacred possession! So guard them well.

Now that I am practicing my own happiness and am getting better and better at it every day, I can’t imagine why anyone would want to be unhappy. Why would happiness be harder than being miserable?

For one thing, we don’t like change. We are comfortable with what is. The unknown is a little scary. We may have practiced negative thought patterns for so long, they are almost like a friend. Even though we don’t like them, they’re all we have. We think it’s better to have a crappy friend than no friend at all. We don’t realize what a great friend we have in happiness!

Our old friend, NTP (Negative Thought Pattern) has hung around with us so long they are just second nature. They feel real. We try to think of good things, but NTP keeps butting into the conversation. We are getting really tired of NTP controlling our lives. We are not having a good time and they always bring Trouble.

You’ve heard about the Law of Attraction and all this mindset transformation stuff. You may have even seen some positive changes in some of your friends. You know you want something better.

So, what can we do?

The best way to get rid of NTP is to give some air-time to the twins, Appreciation and Gratitude. Sometimes, those buggers are hard to find, though! Especially at first, you really have to look for them. Don’t let NTP get the best of your attention.

The only thing that’s even remotely hard about happiness is that we have to actually practice thought discipline. Eeuuuwww! There’s that word that sounds hard—discipline!

If you’re too lazy to change your mind, just go take a nap.

Let me share with you how I went from Complaining Princess to Good-Feeling Goddess!

Every morning that I can, I go outside and sit on my wonderful porch and enjoy the early morning air. I look up at the sky and begin a conversation with Source Energy. I begin by appreciating Source for making me the positive affection of their gaze. I express my gratitude for the love I feel flowing to me and through me. I express gratitude for the support I experience with clarity, fun, ease, happiness, peace, harmony, inspiration, everything working out for me, loving relationships, etc. I loop that list over and over until I feel revitalized with good feelings. I list all the things I have that I am appreciating. I appreciate who I am becoming!!

Next I tell my story the way I want it to be—I do not include anything that may reflect a negative what is. This is my visualization time. I tell the story just like I would sit with you and tell you all about the wonderful things that are happening in my life. I make the story very emotional with all the sights, tastes, smells, feelings and what I hear. I am very animated when I tell my story. I make hand gestures, I raise my eyebrows, smile, giggle and do a happy-dance when it comes to that part of the story!!

I do this because I want to feel how real it is, because I know it is real in my vibrational reality. I’ve already created it and I’m just getting lined up vibrationally so it will come out and play with me.

There are so many times that I add another little detail to the story every time I tell it, that makes it even better! I get more clear on the details. Sometimes, I’ll get an inspired idea that I can take action on. Most of all, I do it because it feels really good to tell my story the way I want it to be. As I do this every day that I can, I’m building momentum and my point of attraction is zeroing in on what I want.

This exercise is a wonderful way to get into alignment with who we really are. If you don’t know who you really are, let me just tell you a little about You!

You are…

  • You are an extension of Source Energy
  • You are an eternal being of light and love
  • You are pure, positive energy
  • You are perfection
  • You made you (You the eternal made you the physical)
  • You are worthy of all good things
  • You are ever-expanding, eternally, into a more and more beautiful…YOU!

Unconditional Love or Control?

The term, unconditional love, is thrown around a lot, but do we really know what it means?

We hear it between lovers, we hear it in the church pew from the pulpit, we hear it between family and friends, but how often do we really give unconditional love.

How often do we receive unconditional love, for that matter?

Isn’t it more often that we withhold our love unless someone changes their behavior? Let’s be real here. Of course, we love our family members, but don’t we, just a bit, want them to change their behavior so we feel better? Can we whole-heartedly adore and appreciate someone when they are doing something that doesn’t please us? They may even be doing something we deplore.

There seems to be some resistance when we observe someone’s behavior that we disagree with. We don’t like what they are doing or how they are behaving and we still love them, but…. We could love them even more if they would just freakin’ change!

Why do we want them to change? Why do we want conditions to change?

The only reason we want anything is because we think we will feel better by the having of it. Which is great, but why can’t we feel better now, in spite of their behavior or in spite of a conditional change?

When we require someone to change or a condition to improve before we truly love, that is not love, but control. We want to control the conditions, the behavior, the situation and force it into something we want, so we will feel better.

Let’s break it down….

Love could mean a plethora of feelings. Our English language doesn’t distinguish the dimensions of love. We could love a hotdog, love a scenic mountain view, love another person as a friend, or love our lover. These are all at different levels of loving. They encompass different levels of love, but we still have only one word, love. Even so, do we still have desires for any of them to be a little different, so we could enjoy them even more and feel even better?

I sure wish the hotdog was a bit more tender. The scenic mountain view was great, I just wish it could have been a bit more sunny. Friends are great, but that just drives me crazy the way they do that thing they do? And, don’t even get me started on my lover!

Those desires are for improvement from your perspective. They may even be valid improvements, indeed. We may even be able to justify why the improvement is needed. If we talk to someone else about it, they may even readily agree with us. That does need to change! That is seeing through the eyes of control.

Now, let’s take under consideration the word, unconditional. We can simply understand unconditional as limitless compassion, affections not bound by condition, it’s unchanging, complete compassion. No condition matters.

If we must have someone change or a condition to improve before we can wholly love, we are in control, not love. You do this differently and behave this way, then it will make me feel better and I will love you–unconditionally. I must control your behavior to feel lovingly toward you.

I love the idea that unconditional love is complete compassion. Some have the wrong ideas of compassion. Some believe compassion to be feeling the same feelings as another and wanting to help them. Compassion is not feeling the same way as someone else while they’re groveling in complaints. No! Compassion is seeing them lovingly through the eyes of Source with all the unconditional love there is, and not requiring them to change. Compassion is not coming down to their level of pain, it’s staying up on the level of Source and lifting them up higher. Complete compassion is refusing to grovel along side them, and instead, seeing all their potential, perfection and love inside them. They’re simply looking in the wrong place.

When we look at others through the eyes of Source, we are giving unconditional love, we are giving complete compassion. Source never asks us to change to make us worthy of love. We are simply loveable because of who we are. Period.

As extensions of Source Energy, we are worthy of all love. We are One with Source. Source would never look at Itself and demand It changes before love is given! So, we are One with everyone else by extension–why would we ask ourselves to change before we receive love?

Unconditional love and complete compassion are the same thing, just different words.

Maybe it’s time for you to give yourself unconditional love and complete compassion. You may love yourself to a certain degree, but you’re always criticizing yourself. OMG! Why did you do that?! What is wrong with you?! You are so stupid sometimes, I don’t even recognize you! Self-talk like that is demanding yourself to change before you allow yourself  to receive love.

When you notice you are being conditional with your love, stop a moment and ask your Inner Being, What do you think about this person or condition? What do you know about this person or condition? What do you feel about this person or condition? And, then listen!

You already know you feel like crap when you think about what’s bothering you in that other person or condition. That negative feeling is a sure fire way of knowing you are absolutely not thinking, knowing or feeling like your Inner Being–your Source Energy within.

So, look for better-feeling thoughts. Focus your attention on some positive aspects of that person or condition. Go general in your thoughts. Stop being so specific. There’s always a silver-lining. Sometimes, it’s just hidden a bit by the storm clouds of complaining.

We must feel better anyway. We must find a way to think more good-feeling thoughts about the subject–or simply get off the subject entirely! You may have too much momentum going in the wrong direction on that subject to see positive aspects right now. So, turn your attention to something softer and something that does feel good when you think about it.

When you can feel your emotions rising, again, and you are feeling better, this is your indication you are in alignment with Source. When you can hold that better feeling more steadily, now you have the capacity to love without demanding conditions to change. Now, you are giving–and receiving–unconditional love!

Making Decisions Summons Life Force!

I recently received this email quote from my favorite mentor, Abraham-Hicks. What a glorious reason to make decisions!

When we make decisions it actually summons Life Force!

We are reassured that we never get it done and can never get it wrong. So, we can relax in our decisions and just keep making them with the intent of feeling good. We will feel alive and vibrant as we make decisions. That alone should encourage us to make our decisions all day, every day.

Growing up in my family, our religious beliefs were such that there are right and wrong decisions. That decisions could be made that would take us down a dangerous path to destruction. If we didn’t make the exactly right decision, we were in for great misery.

The fear associated with that kind of limiting and paralyzing belief, was destructive in and of itself! If you didn’t get a word from God and He told you what to do, you would be open and vulnerable to the power of the devil. They wanted us to believe that we were so weak and powerless that we really couldn’t make the right decisions for our own lives! We had to be told how to make our own decisions.

It was taught that God was the only one that had a plan for our lives. As if we were his puppets. And, if you missed your path you were doomed. Really?! That we had to have our decisions stamped by his approval. How disempowering is that?

I rarely use the term God when I’m talking about Infinite Intelligence or my Higher Power. That term just doesn’t resonate with me, because the limiting power that is associated with that term from my past. Even though I was taught that God was all-powerful, all-knowing, all-present, I was still taught that there was another power–albeit a lesser power–that I simply had to work hard and fight against lest I succumb to eternal death.

Wait! What?! You’re telling me God is all-powerful, yet you are telling me there another power in the works? They say they are mono-theistic–one God, one Force, one Power–yet if there are two powers fighting each other that is polytheism! Even if one power is greater than the other, it’s still polytheism!

And, please understand there is no Evil Life Force out to get you! Trying to dissuade you from good. The only reason for anything to feel uncomfortable or when you have bad feelings is because you have strayed from your alignment with your Inner Source Energy–your personal Life Force. Life Force is only and always flowing love towards us. It is our resistance to this flow and our resistance to receiving the love and allow it to flow through us–that is our bad feelings. All bad feelings–even to the point of abuse. It’s not some evil force we have to fight!

Fast forward to today. Now that I’ve come to my new understanding and beliefs of the Eternal, All-in-All Non-Physical Life Force, I realized that I’d been lied to all those years when I was taught that I am nothing, I am a worm, I am so unworthy and need to be saved from myself. When I learned that Source Energy–my new term for all eternal goodness–only sees me as perfectly lovely, pure positive energy and is only and always flowing love, appreciation, support and all good things to me 24/7/365 while I live in this body, unbelievable peace and calm swept over me. That I am actually an extension of Source Energy who simply made a decision to focus part of my non-physical energy towards this physical life, and the majority of my non-physical older, wiser, eternal part is still with Source Energy in the non-physical.

That initial decision to focus my attention on the physical, created my life! That decision summoned Life Force. And, here I am today! And, guess what? Here you are, too!! You made the same wonderful decision.

As we see things in this life that we don’t want, it gives us the opportunity to know exactly what we do want. Those decisions are constantly summoning Life Force. We know what we do want by how we think it will make us feel if we receive it. It feels good. We know we want to feel good and deciding to want one thing verses something else, summons Life Force. We actually become the very thing we want! We have created new life that has never existed before!

When we notice what we want is not present, we are focusing on the lack of what we want. And, that feels bad. It feels bad, because we are not keeping up with the new person we have just become. We are not keeping up with the Life Force we just summoned.

So, how do we get back on track to feeling good in the wanting of something pleasurable?

How do we keep up with who we have become when we expanded into this new person?

We make more decisions!

When we hem-and-haw, weighing all the pros and cons it stifles our Life Force. It slows the creative expansion way down. It feels sluggish and disempowering. It makes us feel old and haggard. It saps the Life Force right out of us.

Of course, some decisions take time to make. There are gestation periods of making decisions, but when you come from the mindset of wanting to feel good, your decision-making process is made easier. When you are in alignment with who you really are and who you have become when you wanted something, your path is lit up to help you make your decisions.

Source is always shining light on your path–and there are multiple paths for you to choose. They are neither good or bad, right or wrong. When we are aligned in our thoughts about wanting to simply feel good, we will choose thoughts that are in alignment with how Source thinks about the same subject at the same time.

If you are in a place of feeling bad, you are just out of alignment with how Source views the subject at the same time. If you would reach for a better-feeling thought, you would align yourself and your path would light up! The decision you need to make will seem easy and pleasurable.

You cannot make a good-feeling decision from a point of feeling bad. If you are laboring over a decision, give it a rest. Distract yourself with some subject that brings you relief and peace and harmony. Once you are in that place of pure alignment and are in line with the thoughts of Source, then enter the arena of decision-making.

When you are happy and feeling good, that alignment is like a huge light switch. Your path is lit up and you see the choices before you. Any of them are good opportunities. Any of them are possibilities. You see things you appreciate in each choice. So, just make a decision! Congrats! You just summoned Life Force!

Be happy with the choice you made. You are now ripe for a new adventure! You can now move forward with happy thoughts regarding your decision, knowing that Life Force is supporting you, sending you love and appreciation, clarity and ease–just as it always does. You feel good. No, you feel great! There is great anticipation and excitement as you move forward. The next decision seems to be easier to make. And the next. And the next. But, only when you remain in the state of feeling good.

Don’t let yourself and your mind get sidetracked. When you feel yourself veering off the path of feeling good, make a decision to steer yourself back to good-feeling thoughts. See? Right there, you just summoned more Life Force!

Make a decision to be happy–summoning Life Force. Make a decision to feel good and make the decision to keep it your top priority–summoning Life Force. From your happy-place, decision-making isn’t near as difficult as we tend to make it. Realize that we will never get it done, because we are eternal beings. This isn’t our last rodeo!

Realize we will never get it wrong–there are always new choices to move us along the course of the our path. Always new opportunities.

There are always new decisions to make that will summon Life Force!

Begin Your Wellness Journey with Detox: The Holistic Approach to Detox

When I began my wellness journey in 1993, it began with detoxing my body. Later, I realized that I also needed to detox more than just my body. That I was more than a physical being. That I was an eternal being that was toxic with negative patterns of thought. I realized I was causing my body’s suffering!

As my body healed, my mind started healing, too. Actually, I’m not sure which one came first. I think my thoughts had to begin shifting from allowing whatever the medical community threw at my dis-eased and ill body, to taking responsibility for my own health and well-being. I began by asking for help.

Asking for help was the turning point in my wellness.

I realized the medical community with all their pharmaceuticals and surgeries were just adding to my dis-ease (the imbalance and uneasiness in my body). Of course, I understand that there is a place for the medical community and the services they provide—so, no hate. They simply were attempting to mask the pain long enough for me to function—to survive. When the drugs didn’t work, I sustained surgery after surgery. But, I was not thriving!

I wanted to thrive!

Then, I had an episode where I actually didn’t know where I was, while driving, one day with my babies in the back seat and I knew it was time to get help and get away from the drugs. I knew I wouldn’t see 40 if I stayed on this path. I marched myself straight over to the local health food store the next day and told the owner to fix me. We talked a long time about all my troubles and she started me off with a detox—which has become my favorite since 1993! It has become my go-to cleanse each year. It was a Nature’s Sunshine Product; Tiao He Cleanse. Within 6 days I had my first evidence of relief!

Previously, my migraines came every 2-3 days. For years I didn’t make it more than 3 days without a total migraine blow-out! So, when I started the detox cleanse, I made it past day 3…then day 4…then day 5…then day 6…finally I developed a migraine. I almost made it a week without a migraine!!! This gave me the proof that what I was doing was spot on and kept going with the cleanse for the full 15 days.

After the first 6 days without a migraine, then it went to 2 weeks between the next migraine! I was in awe that what I was doing was giving me such relief that I had never, ever, known from the drugs I had been taking for so many years. I started having migraines in high school and this relief didn’t come until my mid-30’s.

I was sold! This was proof-positive that I was on the right track.

After the cleanse, my herbalist set me on a path to address my nutritional foundation and targeted areas of concern. Once I started getting the proper nutrition my body needed, in the form of vitamins, minerals, probiotics and such, I started with herbals for my hormones, digestion and anxiety.

Oh, by the way, she also helped me clear up my Irritable Bowel Syndrome with another herbal blend.

Was I good at eating well? It was and still is a process. I would love to say I only eat organically produced foods, but I have lived in the country for many years and my closest grocery store is 12 miles away. Our closest health food type grocery is 47 miles away, so it’s a bit of a challenge to keep my diet strictly organic. I do buy organic when it is available and frequent the local farmers market.

But, I also stay on my nutritional supplements and have a natural medicine cabinet.

Most of all, I’ve detoxed my mind. I’ve learned to focus more frequently on good-feeling thoughts rather than the negative thoughts. I understand that choosing to be happy and making that a priority has renewed my health more than anything I could have done through herbals and supplementation alone.

You see, our bodies respond quickly to the vibrations our feelings emit. Bare bones, our thoughts either feel good or they feel bad. You can easily monitor your thoughts and thought patterns by noticing how you feel throughout the day. You can also monitor your dominant thought patterns by taking inventory of your health condition and your life experiences.

Your body is giving you signals that you are spending way too much time in negative thought patterns, when you start experiencing symptoms of illness or dis-ease. Aches and pains are symptoms of dominant thoughts that make you feel bad. Your body is feeling the same way and is responding in kind.

I feel amazing most of the time and I’m 57 years old! I don’t have anywhere near the aches and pains and illness that I made my body suffer through when I lived in negatives-ville! There are so many times that I notice how good I actually feel. And, I am so grateful that I asked and was given the answers I sought.
