Magnesium is utilized in almost every function of our bodies. When you become ill, there is almost always a magnesium deficiency. Our Standard American Diet (SAD) does not give us the sufficient amounts of magnesium. It is many times, critical to supplement with a good, bioavailable magnesium.

How It Works:
Magnesium is an essential mineral. It is present in more than 300 enzymatic systems where it is crucial for energy production and other metabolic functions. Magnesium is used in reaction to form Tri Carboxylic Acid (TCA), which aids in the cells’ energy-producing cycle. - Dark leafy greens
- Nuts and seeds
- Dark chocolate
- Low-fat yogurt
- Whole grains
Of course, as much as possible, buy organic products. If you are unable to secure quality foods, consider supplementing with Magnesium Complex.
If you are suffering with muscle spasms, take some magnesium. If you are feeling weak or fatigued, having headaches, nauseated.
